How do I redeem my UCount business rewards?
To redeem your UCount Rewards Points in-store at any of our UCount Rewards Retailers, Bidvest Premier Airport Lounges or for fuel at Caltex, you can simply swipe your activated Business Rewards Card and enter your PIN. You can activate and manage your Business Rewards Card by signing into your UCount Rewards profile.

You will need to activate your rewards card either online, on the UCount Rewards website, on the UCount Rewards in-app platform of the Standard Bank Banking App or via the UCount Rewards Contact Centre on 0860 82 68 68.

Download the Standard Bank App and redeem your Rewards Points through your UCount Rewards profile whenever you want. From there, you can transfer them to your loan or investment, or redeem them for online vouchers.
All UCount Rewards Points earned are valid for five years from the date of issue. If you do not redeem your UCount Rewards Points before this time, they will expire.

The minimum value you can redeem is 20 000 Rewards Points (R2 000), and you can increase the value in increments of 20 000 Rewards Points (R2 000). Please note that this redemption option is only available to UCount Rewards members who have a PureSave account.
Standard Bank said the UCount Rewards for Business programme has been simplified so that businesses can progress to higher tier levels and earn more Rewards Points, easier and faster. From 1 February 2022, Business members can expect to see a new tiering structure that will see tier levels reduced from five to three.
Redemptions have no maximum limit but must be in increments of 20 000 Rewards Points (R2 000). Use your Rewards Points to make monthly deposits into your savings account; and withdraw your money whenever you need to, without penalties.
Remember, your UCount Rewards Points will automatically be credited to your Business Rewards account once a month, so there's no need to swipe your UCount Business Rewards card.
You may submit a PIN reset request via the UCount Rewards website or by calling the UCount Rewards Contact Centre. If you reset your PIN via the website you can choose your own PIN number, however, if you reset your PIN via the UCount Rewards Contact Centre you will receive an SMS with your new PIN.
Can I pay online with UCount card?
You can redeem your Rewards Points to pay for your purchases at our online Rewards Retailers by using your activated UCount Business Rewards card. To complete your payment, you will receive a 3D SecureCode (OTP) to authenticate your UCount Business Rewards card.

If you've forgotten your debit card PIN, some banks may offer a way to retrieve it through their website or app. You can also call a customer care representative, or find a local branch for help.
